people who claim they can relax and turn off their brains on trash tv are also the ones who recognise all 120 candidates of the last 5 years by their voices and know which people they had which relationships with in which show. so much for switching off…

at one point i see gaza being cut off from electricity and internet. then again, images of jews being threatened at an russian airport. i am not unsure which side i am on - i am torn inside and abhor every act of violence from every conceivable side. if that's not enough, i can't help.

listening to music from a vinyl, no matter how good or bad the connected speakers may be, is simply a different listening experience. with streaming services i tend to skip songs super fast that i don't feel 100 % - that doesn't work with vinyl...

for me, the fans are the worst part. i can still ignore her or put up with her basic-pop-art but swifties are next level annoying…

i am pretty much text-blind when it comes to music. listening to songs, of course i recognise fragments of the lyrics but i can't follow their content. probably one of the reasons why i find taylor swift's music okay-ish, but it doesn't overwhelm me.

i thought i didn't like taylor swift – but now i know that the swifties are the problem for me. i hate how this annoying fandom acts. swift's music is okay-ish good pop, but the way the fans behave is an absolute nightmare for me...

admission: it was only last year that i learned that the unsolicited response "have you ever tried xy?" is insanely invasive. even if your intention is pure of heart, unasked advice is not okay. a possible solution is to offer advice and let them decide if they want to hear it.

bosses who tell you not to stress and "not to work so long" are the same who complain the next morning why the task is not done. would love to get access to the management seminar that makes this kind of space-time curvature possible.

how can it be that "keep calm" is both the most wise and the most useless advice in the world? it is legitimately the best tactic to solve any problem but has anyone ever been able to seriously keep calm when they are in a state of crisis?
