February's almost done, so I'm sharing my stats for the year - and honestly, it's a miracle I got anything read at all! This month's been a struggle, what with being under the weather and buried under a pile of class readings.

Reverse Harem Dark Serial Killer Romance. There are three rules, but you only find out what they are when you break them. Beatrix has grown up in hell, but there are 3 serial killers about to come into her life, and if you can handle the darkness, it gets really interesting real fast.

3rd book. Most of them are about 4 hrs long, meaning in can get through them during my work day. I love where the story is going. The dreaded AI narration kills me, but the story is awesome. Wouldn't mind if all 6 were in a single omnibus. ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶🌶🌶🌶

They are in the midst of a quest, each book focusing on one MMC plus the relationship between all MMC and the FMC. ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶🌶🌶🌶

Got pretty spicy right toward the end, so i am assuming the other 5 will have spice throughout. Book was good, but AI narration made it lose a little something. Reverse harem/why choose shifter/fantasy romance.

A dark fantasy following necromancer Ophilia. She learns a lot about her family and herself. Great book, narration is on point! Definitely dark and not for the faint of heart. Also NSFW. Read the trigger warnings! I cant wait for the next book!

I really enjoyed this once I was able to sit down and focus on it! Very detailed world building and character development. Read the trigger warnings! I found a few errors, but it was well written and I would recommend to those that enjoy the Dark Romantasy genre.

Just like the first 2, I love this story! The Wishmaker, a serial killer, raises the stakes and Lexi and her Devils have to beat them before anymore people die. I hope Lexi finally shows how powerful she is in the 4th book!

Elves but not your usual story! 🌶🌶 Very low spice. Arlyn's on a mission to find a father she never knew and ends up finding love, family, and more than she bargained for. The Elves have been peaceful for ages, but things are about to get interesting. I'm hooked and reading the next book! #booksky

Sequel to the Oddity. Love love love this series. Also it made me cry. Then I started the third book immediately after Hemlock Falls and continued to cry. So yeah. Great series! Really hoping to buy the physical books eventually! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 #booksky

Thanks to friends' recommendations, I decided to try this book, which falls outside my typical genre. I listened to the audiobook on Spotify. The various aliases of H.H. Holmes did cause some initial confusion, but ultimately, the book was a good read. Disturbing, yet captivating.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Switching up the genre a bit. The content seems to have been generated using AI or talk-to-text, and then released as a book. I thought about stopping mid-read, but I'm committed to finishing every book I start. Lol.⭐️⭐️

I actually enjoyed this. It was different from what I have been reading lately and was a nice break. I know some reviews didn't like the fanfic angle and all that, but I thought it was fine. It is a nice "pallet cleanser" when you get into a reading slump or need something different.

I do love my shifter romances, and Willow Dex does not disappoint. This is a nice quick read with a lot of spice, but it also has plenty of story too. Fated mate lore is a bit different than other books I have read, which made it interesting.

I received this as an ARC through LibraryThings. I LOVE the cover art. I was confused when I first started reading and wasn't sure this was a book for me. In the end, I am glad I finished! This is a high fantasy book with large amounts of world building and character development.

OMG, this ARC had me hook, line, and sinker! I didn't want it to end, and the cliffhanger! I will be continuing this series and it is definitely on my "to buy" list for physical books. 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶
