There was an attempt. Screenshot of a generated image of a Dreamcast with glaring mistakes regarding how the optical drive is implemented within the shell housing. Taken from AliExpress.

Can't quite fathom why, but something tells me that so-called "AI" may have been used in the doctoring of this image of a SEGA Dreamcast.

Certainly an interesting choice of optical drive assembly.
