Today was a 1st: A train I was riding on killed someone. It was right at Shinjuku station. We were stuck for 15 minutes, then everyone had to exit from the first car. Lots of activity around halfway: workers running, tarps held up. I wasn’t about to take a look.

AKI (WCW/nWo Revenge, WWF No Mercy, Def Jam) made a Kinnikuman arcade fighting game, and I just played it.
More fighting than wrestling, but felt quite good!

I didn’t come to Japan just to get Metroid Prime 4. But I’m definitely here for it!

I went to another arcade today and played Espgaluda, Kinnikuman, Logic Puzzle, and a pervy Namco game called Dancing Eyes.
Once again, arcades are awesome!

After 3 hrs sleep the night before and 2 hrs during a full travel day, I got a cool 5 hours yesterday. Today, I walked 23,000 steps - so many that my phone gave me an award!

I haven’t watched them much, but I’ve never seen either one throw a good superkick; and I consider myself pretty knowledgeable on the subject.

Wrestling is a brotherhood, no matter what level you’re at. Heard we lost a brother from the Midwest indie scene. Travis Sharpe was mostly known as a great announcer, but he wrestled some matches, too - including this one against me. Sorry to hear he’s gone.

Later, I discovered leads tend to manage more than do the actual work. I worked hard to become a good manager - to a point where I could manage a department even when I couldn’t do the work my team does.

Z-Axis was BMX XXX’s dev. Their game Aggressive Inline out-Tony Hawk’d Tony 4 - so much so that Activision bought them, which I believe sabotaged this game in its all-important polish phase.
Even still, it was decent; see my review. Not that I’m in any way defending the overabundance of raunch.

In no small part because Activision bought the dev - I believe before the game shipped, this robbing it of the all-important polish phase.

Mirror’s Edge’s graphics don’t displaying properly, while I spent £5 expressly to play it on RP5.
Ghost Song’s jump button also opens the menu for some reason & I can’t yet fix it.
We’ll see about Deus Ex 1/2…

This has been a failed experiment so far. But tinkering is its own game.
