BBCAN8 was bad... Short version is she participated in efforts to get a black man ejected from the game through claims that she didn't feel safe, when in reality it was her ally who was the aggressor.

I have multiple porgs in my house. 😂 And I love the story behind them. They came about because the island they filmed on was full of puffins and it was impossible to shoot without puffins getting in the shots. So porgs were born as stand ins. And I fell in love.

This part. My niece was vegetarian for many years and, yeah, we had a turkey, but we made sure to have plenty of other food she could eat. And when my SIL was GF, I found a dessert recipe that she could eat and made it from scratch. Because I wanted her to have something homemade. It's not hard.

All of this is just my opinion but... Lucas isn't a good director. And the whole problem with the prequels was that he had all the power. There was no one there to check his worst instincts or stop him from making poor choices.

I'm not going to get mad at anyone calling out the bad acting in the prequels. I do it all the time. But the scripts were all bad and George Lucas did a terrible job directing. I give the actors a pass. No one could have made it work.

I don't blame either of them. No one could make that shitty script work.

It's hard to justify doing both when food costs money, especially fresh veggies, and it just ends up going in the trash can because no one will eat it. Waste of both food AND money.

According to their interview, they didn't actually pay attention to what the road blocks were when choosing the person to take it. They just took turns.

My mom refuses to eat carrots, beets, or brussels sprouts (all of which I love). I made an amazing kale and apple salad one year that mom actually liked, but no one else would even try it, so most of it ended up going in the trash. I could talk for days about my family food trauma...

Or, to be fair, you're part of a family that refuses to allow changes to the menu. I've spent decades trying to bring new and different side dishes that my family refuses to eat. Now I just suck it up and make mac & cheese, the only thing they'll eat...

As part of a family who refuses to step outside of the box on Thanksgiving, I fully support OP. For me, it's always been a holiday where I grin and bear it while my parents cook dry turkey, bland mashed potatoes, and other abominations. I've suggested changing the menu, but that didn't go well 😭
