It's a new year & a new policy is in effect for GEM ART store. We pulled the final bits of AI from our paid product line found in affiliate vendors. We no longer sell, for a L$ amount, any product that had utilized AI in any capacity. We look forward to working with new talent soon. #secondlife

As an preparator in Second Life as I was in RL, attention to detail is critical when hanging a show. The light level and angle must be just right. The simulated texture of the canvas is subtle but critical when working with 2k textures. See the up close comparison of canvas vs paper. #secondlife

I rotate fishing and butterfly hunt at my location, stop by when making your art. You could make money on your art in addition to playing traffic games. In a few weeks, I will start taking submissions of non-ai art that I cosign through my vendor and affiliate vendors.

We have one in our store. We used to do a movie theater, now it's just used to stream live art drawing sessions.

This is just 1 out of 1000 hand-drawn anime artworks of Rawannie found on second life. We try to release in giant themed collections, but the prep time for adapting them to frames is a whopping 30-45 days on top of the drawing. 🤕

As for the ai bot in my store, I will keep it running, as it has helped people in other languages navigate my products and services. I believe this ai, that can only be activated by the customer, is critical for my business in SL. 95% of my time is in PS and social media, not much for 1on1 sales.

I will refocus the "paid" product line back on my wife's hand-drawn artworks as I believe people will value it more. Also in the works, we were looking to expand to third party non-ai artists of original anime works.

After reading up on it and talking to my wife who's a traditional animation artist, I believe you're right on it being the foundation of theft. I have currently just pulled all ai products from my store that are listed for a $ amount and sent out a notice to all affiliates their vending ends 1/1/25.

People have a right to have AI bot interactions. If they don't like it, they can mute them. They anti-ai movement is very keen on bullying people into their views.

I would love to move to Amazon and never watch TV again.

LL can ban spammers. Report and ban. A banned ai account will lose not just the account, but hundreds of $$$ of chat tokens that are non transferrable or refundable. They would be foolish to waste the AI on that.

Tantrums I'm referring to is how someone has tied environmentalism to ai, then use that as an excuse to block my account for any debate. A full stop. Very childish.

Yes. That's handy for my marketing needs. On a side note, ai is also good for customer service, newbie tutorials and possibly inventory management. A lot of haters out there with misconceptions about ai and Bonnibots based on propaganda sound bits.

Don't use ai. In fact, it would be nice to mute scripted agents. It's good to have options.

A lot of people's anti-ai have turned to hysteria. Some people have devolved to rabbid creatures, threatening people in a tantrums. Sad sad

Second life ai integrations are a plus! But keep it under control. Some want it, others don't. You should have the freedom to opt out of all ai interactions. But others should be allowed to use it as a useful tool. Throwing an anti-ai tantrum is childish. #secondlife

You are thinking of bot use for RP. I see ai as having big positive for customer service and inventory management.

I believe you should have the power to keep them off your land and personally mute them. But ai applications go well beyond RP bots. Think inventory management. Business customer service. Support for all languages through huds. Ai bots for RP are ok if on a hosted land.

I'm all for ai integration. But regulated and controlled.
