And if I can come back to that one positive thought and work around that for the day, I find the day becomes a little more simple.

Mine today was, “you’re good at planting seeds.” And now in whatever way that shows up for the day it’s what I’ve made and have for myself.

The first positive thought I have about myself, once I wake up, is what I keep as my mantra all day.
And it could legitimately be anything.

And what if something good happens?

I saw someone just say that they had to be “unhappy in their comfort zone” to take a step out of it. And they had to know what their comfort zone even was in the first place, that’s also not for nothing. How do you know you’re moving forward if you’re not fully aware of where you stand?

A gift I’ve acquired is learning to laugh at my myself. It’s shifted how seriously I may take moments in my life. And the message that many things can be true at once.

A reminder to trust my impulses because what I act on now may not happen immediately, but it’s laying the foundation for my future.

I value recognizing when to prioritize rest when needed, and how to be productive. Because I know I can work hard, and simultaneously that things may be out of my hands. There’s personal balance and discipline to acknowledge. At the same time, there’s also a realization of my own control and faith.

Someone gifted me an aloe plant because they liked my energy and I feel like this is a sign from the universe I’ll finally keep one alive

The sun was shining and I was handing out compliments like hot cakes. Spring is knocking.
