Having said that (previous post) I did spend 45 minutes waiting to be number 1 on the doctor phone line (started at 13), only to be told that the ‘system was closed’. Then being told I could call 111. Which I did and within an hour had a phone consultation with my GP surgery.

So I can tell you that I’m very much enjoying my 12 days of post Easter. Doing lots of nothing. Discovered and baked a delish almond flour chocolate cake recipe, after the less good but okay non chocolate recipe I tried. Also crispy chilli tofu 😋. Also had an 80 minute massage 💆🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🥰.

All I can say is if you haven’t seen it and can get a last minute ticket, Hadestown is tip top.

Maybe I should return to the 2000s version and tell you what I had for tea - an omelette, with courgette, green pepper and cheese. With salad.

The timetable is delayed. We initially thought they were going to bring paperwork this year but it is next year.

It’s a bit subdued because it’s a Presentation with Questions rather than a Motion with Debate. There’s no vote today.

Today we are talking of including younger and more diverse voices, an update on LLF, processes around CNC (how we appoint bishops) and some technical legislation. The most contentious today is the delayed timetable on LLF and CNC. 🙏🏽 for us. #GenSyn
