If you do not sit in the polarity your soul has contractually bound you to be in, in this lifetime, it can affect your relationships, health and mental state. So as a masculine you must sit in that energy and release the wounds that put you out of your masculine. Same applies for the feminine.

Earth is in Her chapter of trauma and when we heal, She does.

The more you work on getting to Inner Union the less anxiety, panic, tension, frustration, exhaustion of ascension symptoms, you will feel. As Earth ascends towards 5D Consciousness, that frequency is inevitable. If you resist the inner work, the symptoms above will continue to drag you down.
