The decline is attributable to transphobia in the UK. Bridget Phillipson offers *not one single solitary suggestion* to tackle that. And that would be because she is a transphobe.

I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt so voted, reluctantly, for them. But not any more, and if they think moving further right will win me back they're very, very wrong. Needless cruelty by attacking the most vulnerable in society is not the way to go.

It turns out that starving kids, freezing pensioners, attacking the disabled, the biggest rollback of LGBTQ+ rights since section 28, genocide and telling everyone to the left of Wes Streeting to fuck off isn't a great vote winning strategy.

A message for #UKLabour members or MPs who think that they can sit out the intitutionalised transphobia or pretend afterwards to have been working against it from within.

You can't.

Your party is now a hate group. It's over.

If you remain part of it, it will stick to you forever.

Keep in mind that the EHRC issued an ‘update’, aka a view. It used language that aims to give the impression of legal certainty - not least to politicians - but no organisation is required to give it any attention. We’d suggest any business consult a specialist lawyer on what the ruling may mean.

Solidarity with all trans, non-binary & intersex people facing the harsh and ill-considered guidance issued by the EHRC.

It’s full of holes & has clearly been written without input from trans people. I will push for this to be withdrawn until thought-out guidance can be produced.
