A massive dragon has a blushing werewolf wrapped up in its tail, and a great old one in its throat, green and purple tentacles sticking out of its mouth. The great old one is creating a massive bulge in the dragon's throat. The dragon says in draconic, "Patience dearest, you'll join him soon." to the werewolf.
