I too have suffered it and have wizened up by avoiding gachas with PvP modes like the plague.

What you see before you is a hollow shell of a man, broken by the rigors and all-consuming demands of the gacha. Many such cases.

I tend to avoid gachas that have PvP specifically because those modes are always designed to make as mad as possible so you will spend more on gamba to get back at the whales who humiliated you.
