The funny thing about beauty trends is that they're often conflicting. People are using GLP-1s to lose weight quickly and then getting filler to replace volume in their face they already had pre-weight loss

We need a new affordablility calculation. Most affordability calculator estimate "affordable housing" costing 40% of a persons gross income. That's almost 50% of post-tax earnings spent on just housing

I would gladly pay more income taxes if public school education could be 100% federally & state funded. Resources for public education comes a lot from property taxes so affordable & low income neighborhoods have less resources

Greed has literally killed affordable housing. If I get the chance to do real estate investing I want flip homes into affordable housing like they do on 50/50 flip

There needs to be caps on HOA fees & city governments needs to intervene and stop greedy builders from building these overpriced townhomes that LITERALLY sit vacant for years!!!!!

Even with no debt, the majority of these homes are unaffordable for the average American family. It's wild that most young couples & families will never be able to afford a single family home now

I really wonder how people are affording homes. Almost every halfway decent 3bd / 2ba single family in Maryland cost around $3,000 for mortgage. And 2 bedrooms aren't much cheaper
