We’ve arrived at Spring Break, and instead of settling in to binge watch any number of fun things I’m packing to take 16 students to Scotland for a week. I’m an idiot, but I’m an adventurous idiot.

It’s only the 2nd day of the semester and I’m already primal screaming in my house out of frustration. Academia gets worse and worse. I’m less than a decade from retirement and have realized my career is never going anywhere (ironically, because I work too hard). Why do you all stay? I need reasons.
