Been saying this for a few years now. A lot of those popular vtubers, most of those popular vtubers, are actually terrible horrible people irl. A lot of you probably know this or at least have a feeling and purposely pretend they aren’t to “give them the benefit of the doubt.”

It’s pretty obvious.

I would do this with Maximum the Hormone, and no matter who it was, they'd be like "what in the fuck is this..." but after like 30 seconds they'd totally fucks with it.

It's annoying that I keep complaining about it, but I really hate how my hands just don't want to work sometimes. Like, I'm not saying "oh I would have won if they worked", It's just super frustrating for me that I can't do what I want a lot when I play. Fuck up easy links, can't do qcf, it sucks.

So it’s genuinely mind blowing people treat this game like it’s about super hero romance shit. The game just wants you to… believe in people, to not be a judgmental asshole, and to try your best. It actively calls you out each time you are out of line, misread the situation, or are inappropriate.

This is sort of the point of the game, it’s about reading the room, it’s about making appropriate choices based on the personality types, and believing in people beyond the surface. The nontoxic relationship is seriously like 5% of the game at best, and the toxic one is MEANT TO BE TOXIC.

The other relationship is possible to be a natural good relationship but the options given at the start are… to completely misread the room and kiss a woman who does not want to be kissed. She even calls it out multiple times if you do that it was inappropriate and you misread it completely.

I’m genuinely tired of people talking about the romance in the game and calling it anything remotely close to a “dating sim.” The game has two sorta relationship possibilities. One is presented as a very toxic dependency, where the girl seeks out validation.

Dispatch is a great fucking game. Replies will have spoilers but, this is another amazing game where almost everytime I see someone talk about the game, they completely fucking missed the point of the game.

The smores pop tarts frozen are kinda good, like a rocky road ice cream sandwich. I don't think I'd eat most of them frozen though.

Went to Westminster to try out a new place because I haven’t had banh mi chao in like 5 years.

Banh mi chao dac biet and Bo ne in a pate sauce.

The banh mi chao was hella good, the Bo ne was also good but the pate sauce was so heavy and rich it got too much the more I ate. Now I want to sleep.

Which is completely obvious, because so many people are saying "the cg animation is so bad". Quite the shame, because it's a wonderfully done series that people that don't understand anything about animation are talking down on.

Each model was animated individually, it's obvious, because every part moves slightly different even in the "in sync" parts. The way clothes move and fold is spectacularly accurate. There is so many small movements they did not have to include because 99% of people would miss.

It's quite the shame that so many people are shitting on Wandance for "bad animation", when the animation is actually pretty damned amazing. While it's understandable to not like the models which are simple on not great, the animation itself is superb.

I think i've come to a conclusion on how I view Ryukishi07's works. I think, he writes amazing characters and designs captivating scenarios. He just can't write a story with them. He's a designer, not an author. That's why Umineko was actually good, it wasn't a story it was a design debate.

It's lonely because, I really feel I can't talk to people about this kind of thing in depth. Whenever I do it either goes over their heads, they don't care, or think I'm stupid because normal people apparently don't do this.

The let's play set for this is amazing as he explains in depth the psychological reasoning, and explains how character logic is consistent with real world psychology and thinking.

To me is the difference between good and bad writing. Characters, despite being fictional, should follow their logic.

So I watched the first full play through of this set. It's very reassuring to me that the thoughts and logic I have aren't insane when I play through games or go through media in general because a lot of people make me feel like I am.

It also makes me feel... lonely

I know people deal with and process things differently... but like... person we know is in ER with something possibly life threatening. Went to ER last night, and the early diagnosis is very serious.

On that note, even if you don't like Ayumi Hamasaki's voice, they fucking cooked hard with LOVEppears as an album. Every single song on that album is such a great song.

Just got hit with the weirdest nostalgia memory while redoing music for my phone. Sitting on the floor, playing Persona 2: Eternal Punishment rom build that James told me to play and see if there's any bugs or if its too hard, listening to Trust by Ayumi Hamasaki from her first album, A Song For XX.

The empathy and emotion given for characters, the insight and real world application is just so great.

As someone that has a severe empathy for characters when playing games like this, It's great to see more in depth insight and discussion than most people usually have.
