The app I'm using to scan them allows me to add the tags, then I can do "ctrl+F" to search the key words in windows explorer

Would be interested to get some ideas on this too! I scan my day book pages every week (one double page a day) and add some basic tags so that I can search the PDFs later, but wonder if I could be doing more...

Having worked on the inside, I spend a lot of time explaining it to others - it's not one huge organisation, it's lots of little organisations that have an NHS badge, but do things their own way and using their own systems. It doesn't always gel/mesh and that's where problems happen...
