It's nice to be able to make your own pizza. Making your own dough isn't difficult, and even a basic pizza sauce from canned tomatoes is fun to experiment with.

I enjoy processing the smaller pieces of wood that fit this oven, it's a decent waste of time! 😉

This is an Ooni Karu 12, it burns hardwood pieces and/or lump charcoal. There's also a propane burner attachment available for this model which can be very handy! 🍕 🍕
Many different brands out there to choose from. 👍

It's very efficient, producing very little smoke (if any) but it doesn't radiate heat much. The flame is very nice to watch though!
