I don’t. If you live in LA, you know how much you have to rely on vehicular transportation. Public transport is difficult and has spotty coverage. Parking is crazy difficult already. Those stupid bike lanes on Hollywood, for example, have simply bottlenecked traffic, and no one ever uses them.
