KIDDING!! But she needed a leave of absence. In fact, seeing her off duty in an episode almost entirely about her could have been a lot more interesting. I doubt her hobbies were just chocolate and feeling everyone’s emotions.
I’ll push back gently by arguing one should not be expected to perform well on the job, particularly as a healer/therapist, when one has just suffered a debilitating injury. Her error was not in her work performance but rather in returning to work too soon. An error aided by her bestie, drunk Bev🥂🕯️
