Can never fault the Japanese rule of cool with a lot of these things but I do think they thought hard about how a person's misconceptions of the world could shape reality and incorporated that as a semi-self-critique

Played through the original Baroque PSX game, kinda got bored so didn't get the final ending though. I do love how it pretends to be a Neoplatonist game at first but reveals itself to be Spinozist in disguise.

Reason I'd encourage this is I think generally people don't really know this is indeed a thing you can do without any kind of commodity attachment or stakes and for many they just sort of adorn these as personal belief instead?

I'm a TTRPG nerd so of course I'd think this but I think everyone should indulge in a bit of worldbuilding from time to time, feels like something we ought to do more as a therapeutic creative exercise. Share it with others, engage with other's worlds and adapt them. Or not!

For everything else I think I'm better prepared for knowing what I emotionally need to avoid falling into a perpetual loop "I have to keep doing the work because I am falling ass first into these situations and I hate causing this person grief" which almost killed me tbh

I know it's from me but there were material factors that expressed something that isn't there even in other stressful situations. Example being how extended the arguments got, how isolated I had become etc etc
