But holy heck she was good, I've been in so much pain I couldn't put my shoes on, I was having trouble falling asleep, and now I'm much more mobile and I can touch my toes from standing again. It's amazing how easily my body can tie itself in literal knots.

I think actually it's a problem that I gave myself a good grade in getting a massage because the therapist couldn't believe how tight my muscles were, and she couldn't believe how much pressure I could stand (and now I have bruises) and she thinks I'm interesting.

This is incredible and I low key want to turn this view into a cross stitch or stained glass or something

Because this is a new dentist they needed to take x-rays and photos of every corner of my mouth and the cleaning hurt a bit because my gums are sad. But they were kind to me, which goes a long way.

I went to the dentist for the first time in nearly 2 years and it usually doesn't bother me but it was a bit rough today so I manifested golden retriever!Stede as a therapy dog. He would do so good at keeping patients calm.

But yeah I think it has hit home how much I don't know what I'm doing with my life.
I did get a few people thanking me for giving a realistic answer instead of just sugar coating, so that's something I guess.

Thankfully it was to a small group of gender minorities in science, like 20 undergrads, but it was just them asking so there was no advanced warning for questions. The rest were fine, and they were all so considerate!
