I drink liquid with that number in mind, I do many many things with that number in mind, but all of it is so small its not noticeable and in a ways gives me a structure to the madness thats always “worked” or maybe ive convinced myself it works so it doesnt bother me anymore.

My family was great in how they handled it and in a ways just ignored it.

I got over so much of it, however I will never escape MY personal number and the numbers I avoid, that shits hard wired and Im fine with that. I count steps unconsciously, it happens in increments of MY number.

50. I grew up with moderate/severe OCD. Ranging from ticks, hand washing till my skin was chapped/raw, touching/tapping, countin steps, double checking everything.

Hell we had a bunkbed, I wont tell you how many times I climbed up and down it before I felt I could sleep.
