I'm one step closer to my candle shop launch 🖤

Today marks day 4 of keeping up with my exercise again! It's not a lot, but for me it is. Struggling with motivation is hard, and I'm proud of myself for starting up my exercise again 🥰

My future is bright and I'm excited to find myself again! I'll be relaunching my Etsy shop with my candles again once my supplies arrive, and I'll do updates here as things are being made!

I'm a stay at home mom, so it's easy to get overwhelmed and just pick up my phone to ignore it. But I'm trying to be more present for my son, he deserves that from me! So I'm trying to do more art and show him how much I love it

I've gotten back into working out and yoga, I'm trying to focus on eating better too. And picking up hobbies I had dropped in pursuit of dopamine on my phone.

I've taken to putting my phone in another room and focusing more on my home and what I need to do around here to make my life easier and healthier!

The TikTok ban was actually kind of exciting even though I was sad to see everyone else who had made their living on their have to scramble

I noticed that once I started TikTok, it was a downward spiral of constantly being attached to my phone. I didn't realize how much of an addiction it was until this past year.

My goal this year is to spend less time on my phone. So far it's been amazing, but at the same time all the political news when I get back on is overwhelming 🫠

Word of the day….

Maybe bluesky's video platform will take off and we can all make money on here instead of TikTok, that would be cool
