Well, it was witty and enjoyable; and I've just checked the cast list which is even better than I remembered. But it's a 3/5 sort of film, so I wouldn't make an effort.

Yeah - no complaints about the word, though.

We went to see the pirates and scientists film some years ago (lured by the voice artists, I think), and were the only adults there without children. I wasn't aware it was a student obsession.

The best part of the game - putting my squad together, researching players, endless tinkering with unlimited transfers....then tomorrow the matches get underway, and everything goes pear-shaped!

If my memory is correct, Paul Terry joined Allan Lamb who was on 99. Far from shielding Terry, Lamb immediately took a sharp single and celebrated his century, seemingly indifferent or oblivious to the fact that he had exposed Terry to the fearsome WI attack. Terry duly didn't survive the over.

Stuart Broad was asked on Day 1 what he thought of Bethell and replied that he didn't know, he'd hardly seen him play. Did ok in the Tests in NZ, so who knows? I was more concerned about picking a fast bowler in Overton who had 2 f/c wkts in 2 years. Those wides by him and Tongue proved very costly.

Bad management of Bethell, assuming that keeping him all series in the team bubble with occasional outings as a sub fielder was better for his development than actual game time in the middle.

Memories of Eng v WI in 1963, when Cowdrey came out to bat with his arm in a cast. I turned on TV then to watch kids shows, but was transfixed by the final hour of the Test and became a cricket fan for life. Just sorry for the kids today who didn't see the Test as its not on free-to-view. #Cricket

True...but it WAS accepted, so clearly it's not beyond the pale. And, with greens for letters 2, 4 and 5 you should be able to work out letter 3, which narrows it down.
