Here's one reason: The expansion of audiobook sales has been GREAT for authors. It's opened up sales to a whole new class of people *who weren't reading us before.* Audio is now easily 30%+ of my income WITHOUT cutting into print/ebook sales. Let people read in every format. It's helping authors.

Not that I want to be uninformed about things, but my fucking god Twitter is a hellscape of depressing news, people constantly picking a fight, bots, Nazis and right wing drivel that I didn’t sign up to have thrown in my face constantly. Glad there’s an escape and praying this app ain’t the same!
