I just walked out of federal court where I pleaded NOT GUILTY to the charges against me.

I will continue to stand up to authoritarianism and call this out for what it is: a political prosecution.

Atelier Yumia really could use a Switch 2 patch. It's playable but load times are long and some areas experience significant frame drops/slow down. Only a small amount of the game suffers the worst of it, but still.

Gonna get Trails Beyond The Horizon on Switch in addition to PC, like usual. Would've done Switch 2 if it wasn't a game key card. For YS X Proud Nordics, I would have gotten THAT physically, but it's also a game key, so I'm probably gonna just get it on PC.

If you're wondering how this will go Square Enix handed off their mobile Octopath game to NetEase who immediately started using ChatGPT to translate everything resulting in text like this. When players complained they started asking fans to fix their translations in exchange for in-game currency

I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.

This really hasn’t gotten enough attention this week.

Atelier Yumia has my least favorite alchemy system so far. It's the one game in the series where I DON'T like to do alchemy.

The president is experiencing OBVIOUS mental and physical decline. Pre$$ ignores. He barks about a third term, and the press asks how he'll do it, rather than pointing out that it's unconstitutional. That's not legal.
