Just played my vinyl lp of this today and I didn’t even realize it was the anniversary! I remember buying the CD at the mall when it came out. 32 years 🤯 😮

Killer album! Always been one of my faves. Nothing better than hearing Pratt count down to the killer groove of Animate at the beginning of the album. Love love love Counterparts!

Great album , still listen to it a lot 🙂

This was the first album to come out after the start of my Rush fandom, which started in earnest earlier that summer (though I was aware of them before this because my brother was a big fan).

Playing in order from Signals this morning at work. Currently on "Ghost of a Chance" from Roll the Bones. 2 more songs and I end my shift with Counterparts.

The best album in their later stages (post Moving Pictures). Every track slays.

Love this album. Great theme, great songs, great lyrics and a great heavy bottom end sound.

OH!!! A question for y'all, #RushFamily! Do you think, after this 7 city(s of gold) tour, will the boys and Anika head into the studio for NEW Rush music? For me, it all depends on how successful this mini-tour is. Considering they have already added dates, I get the feeling they will.
