The clown is trying to disappear the DOE. But wait, the DOE doesn't actually set the curriculum of what you'll learn in school. So you'll learn the same thing, but will be funded worse cause ur state has to give the money (which is hard to do unless ur CA, NY, TX, FL, or GA).
