Open question to people who know tattoos better than I. Is Platner's cover-up real or a stick on? There appear to be wrinkles in the tattoo, faint straight edges above and on the right, and there's no red inflammation from the needle pricks. I've never gotten one so I don't know if this is typical.

Poverty is a policy choice that is often based on a false premise that poor people are lazy and/or made choices that led to being poor - i.e., they "deserve" it. Not saying that never happens, but for the majority, the cause was something beyond their control, an accident, illness, layoff, etc. 1/2
