The rulings in those cases have come from 39 different judges appointed by 5 different presidents (of both parties) to 11 different district courts across 7 different circuits.

so special ed programs are getting gutted because their internal documentation used the term "transition" when talking about helping disabled kids enter the working world. they're literally striking at that word wherever they see it.

I keep coming back to that line when reading the transparently cynical academic efforts to provide support (and not illumination) for Trump’s birthright citizenship EO.

I’m having great difficulty right now seeing how our political system doesn’t devolve into violence.
