This is not only a gross violation of privacy that the vast majority of politicians are not subjected to.
It's a warning to anyone on the left that if they publicly take a stand, the media will come after everyone close to them.
I feel like the media are actually doing their job when they interview you - they should be rigorous and critical. It’s just that they don’t apply those standards to others.
