I used to work for CBP helping train K-9s back in my early 20s (I was not an officer). Fun gig, but most of the officers were assholes. There were some chill guys, but the majority were people I wouldn't want to associate with outside of a work setting.

I totally get where you're coming from, but personally it never bothered me. It lets the wrestlers have some down time and the fans as well. I watch a lot of wrestling as it is, so it's nice that I can take a break from NJPW for a couple weeks and not miss anything.

It's a bummer for fans, though.

NJPW doesn't do weekly shows. They only do a handful of shows a month usually unless there is a tournament. They can go weeks without a show. It's just how they roll. Been like that since I started watching in 2017.

It's showing up for me. On my Android phone as well as my Amazon Fire Stick.

Ten matches that are 5-10 mins each, a couple promos, plus ads would probably fill out a PLE.

Sure, they get crazy. That being said, a lot of that blood is from blading. Something that a wrestler usually does themselves unless it's a deathmatch like GCW or ICW NHB put on.

The most dangerous stunt AEW has done was Darby going through the glass during Sting's last match.

A million ads and long winded promos are hard to watch.

That promo was awesome. I don't speak a lick of Spanish, but I know Hanger was speaking from the heart. Reading the subtitles after it was uploaded to YouTube confirmed that.

For sure. At least we know where Brody and Hanger stand. In an industry known for it's conservative right-wing conspiracy nuts, it's nice when there are outspoken people on the other end of the spectrum.

Watching NJPW New Year Dash. Probably my least favorite NJPW show of the year, but it's wrestling and I don't wanna miss it.

Wrestle Kingdom was awesome though.

In terms of numbers, they're approaching nWo territory, except the DCF is way more interesting and has way better talent.

Plus, the nWo didn't have Don Callis.

I'd say this is about right. It was a decent show, but nothing special. I loved the main event though.

Especially Wheeler Yuta. The guy has "little brother who your mom told you to take with you" energy.

He's not intimidating at all. No wonder he eats a majority of the pins in tag matches.

Imagine a whole European tour. Europe deserves more high quality wrestling.

Get excited for whatever you want. Everyone likes different things for different reasons. They also dislike things for different reasons too.

I said that to say that I don't understand how people are still hyped for Marvel films. They haven't been good in years. Same with Star Wars.

AEW has been a little confusing lately. I'm still here for it, but some of the choices they've made are a little questionable.

The vignette was definitely a good way to push Brody as a singles guy.

God's Hate isn't my kind of heavy music, but mad respect to him for fronting a band like God's Hate and also wrestling. Although I think he's on hiatus from the band.
