So the next best thing is literally not fcking with them. They start talking to me, I walk off. They sit next to me, I get up and leave or move seats. Not even going to passively give them peace.

i have too many types of workouts i enjoy 😭 i can’t make a routine rn that excludes any of them but it’s not making sense to include all of them

mind you Sully had just made friends with another dog minutes before and he’s friendly with dogs AND kids but her angry ass mutt tried to have a go at a dog bigger than him and got scared off so suddenly it’s supposed to be our problem. ok man 😭

was walking Sully (the horse) and this pitbull BARKED at him like the owner sat him but he still went towards Sully and bc Sully barked back she tried to lecture me abt how HE needs a mouth guard ? lmaooooooo

the horse tried to sit in my lap but he’s too big and now he’s sad like i chose for him to be 130 lbs

i always allow myself to grieve what i need to grieve and be as sad and angry as need be but i do always have to then go “ok now what are we gonna do about it” bc it’s the easiest thing to get stuck and then you’re the only one losing out :/

cutting losses and redirecting your energy. once i realized that chasing her and worrying about that money was not just NOT bringing it back but also taking all my energy away and therefore literally stopping me from putting energy in growing my business i had to redirect it immediately
