Today I started my adhd meds. They got me on Steterra (a non-stimulant) at 25 mg
I've got both inattentive and hyperactive, sooo that's fun

Also I learned how to make my own salsa rojo! Still trying to up the spice lvl, hard to do in the midwest general grocery stores
