Ah well, shall just hope if nothing else sparked idea in the housing devs to make SOME kinda spinning wheel furnishing item... FFXI had one darnit! 😂

My inspiration was very much the one I own ah ha XD A 'cpw' as their called... which were wheels made in Quebec. I think they're some of the most beautiful wheels. Tried to zhuzh it up a bit and add some different shapes and patterns I found around Ishgard, but prolly needed lil' more. XD

Oh man, the furnishing contest! So many amazing entries... Congrats to the winners!!!

This was my attempt... I'm terrible at drawing detailed things so this was a struggggle. I just. Wanted a spinning wheel so bad! One that wouldn't be a spinning wheel shaped object. lmao #ffxiv #ffxivart

Oh goodness! Thank you so much! ^_^ Glad to hear it at least somewhat works! lol I got a expensive piece of paper for animation many years ago, so my brain still thinks in storyboards more than comic layouts. I just kinda shove whatever I sketched into boxes, add few extras and hope for the best. 😂

Part 1 of a comic. There's 6 panels. Starting from scene in MSQ where you and G'raha speak with Urianger. He walks away first, leaving the WoL and G'raha standing there. My lalafell WoL, Cornet has a lot of inner thoughts as stands there silently. From left to right. Panel 2: "Urianger..." "I've been trying to keep my thoughts quiet..." Panel 3: "...and my heart steeled..." Panel 5: "Still, my insides are twisting and churning." Panel 6: "Would he..."

Part 2, 6 panels, reading left to right. She hesitantly reaches over to take G'raha's hand and he closes his grasp around her hand. She moves closer, resting her head against his arm. In the last panel they finally speak out loud. (G'raha's text being the quest dialogue.) Panel 1: "...for just..." Panel 2: "...a moment..." Panel 3: An exclamation mark. Panel 4: "Just like that..." "I feel a little calmer now." Panel 5: "Thank you, G'raha." Panel 6: G'raha says, "... Let us be off too. To Elegeia." Cornet replies, "R-right. Yes. Let's go."

The other week ( #wolgraha week? <_< maybe.) had me digging out buncha unfinished sketches, but had no time that week. ;A; As it is, just this has taken this entire week to finish. orz The rest will have to return to the backburner. 😂

Finally he realizes she has fallen asleep, so goes to put her down in a bassinet.

Quietly shuts a door and... then she starts bawling again, much to his dismay.

In first panel Cornet cheerfully holds up book with a 'got it!' And then Krile interrupts from doorway pointing out around the Annex there's no lack of ladders (There's two in the main meeting room. lol) And in last they now both remember oh yes those do exist huh?

In first panel, flustered, Cornet brushes it off, trying to save face all what would be the fun in using a ladder, right G'raha? Who agrees. And Krile then is all 'sure okay' and when Krile is gone in final panel, thoroughly embarrassed, hopes there wasn't one right behind them. "There wasn't one behind us, right? Please tell me there wasn't." "do you truly wish to know?" "...No." (And now that I actually drew a background... there totally was.)

(Aka some random cute thing I doodled one day and I don't even remember how I got to it being a colour finished thing. lmao)

(...Oops. The last panel I sure did somehow mess up last night (aka before I slept at some dumb hour) and not realize till I posted it. 😂 Try this again...)

Comic of my lalafell wol, Cornet, somewhere in Baldesion Annex looking up at a shelf implying something wanted is on the top shelf and suggesting to G'raha he just give her a boost to grab it instead of him using floating magic.

Cornet now on his shoulders she stretched to reach the book commenting how almost has it.

I don't know what came over me as I started working on fixing things I posted to the other place that I decided to add backgrounds to this—I'm terrible at backgrounds. But here we are.

Of being vertically challenged.

I've thought about offering emote comms, but keep hesitating cause I'm so behind on my own twitch ones. Tonight I remembered once more why I've been procrastinating- the amount of time I spent editing the finished art of this trying to make it passable at 28x28... 😂 orz

She then gets suddenly emotional and suddenly hugs him, telling him she missed him.

She tells him how thought of him and never dreamed she'd ever see him again. ...and he's so exhausted he just falls asleep on her shoulder. She settles to cushion him and is like there just rest a bit. (Not seen is the bubbles I wanted to add but couldn't figure out how to make them look good/work of the other scions talking about prolly have to swim back and the appropriate responses to that. lolol And then her adding something like think might need it. Or something. IDK. Dialogue is hard. T_T)

Healhealheal... Then Cornet ponders a moment and digs into that invisible pocket of holding we all have. lol G'raha is ???

Cornet pulls out bottle of water and cloth and goes to clean his face all I can't bring the Exarch home looking like this, can I? (Also cause hey, G'raha's still dirty... except his face is all completely clean when they get on the beach. :Db)

Smiles at him once she's finished glad to see him looking better.

In Amaurot before returning to surface, my wol (Cornet, a lalafell white mage in a ishgarden dress) tries to get resting G'raha Tia's attention.

In which Cornet tries to convince him to let her heal him some, and he's all I'm fine, of course, and she's all G'raha you are bleeding in multiple places from your face alone. :| Let me ffs. (Okay, not actually worded like that. More politely, of course. lol)

Finally finished touching up at least something to repost. 😂 (Or re-repost since forgot tags and had to refix something.) There were quite a few drawings I wasn't happy with that are a bit better now.
