Watch the Lawless Majority of the Roberts Court try to slow-walk the birthright citizenship issue now! The four nationwide injunctions meet every procedural requirement and the rulings are clearly right on the merits. Maybe Trump’s DOJ just won’t seek cert.

Keep in mind, aside from stopping ACA repeal in 2017, Susan Collins only ever votes against Trump when she knows it won't change the outcome.

It's how she can appear more moderate than she is to voters without ever actually stopping anything Trump and the rest of the GOP want.
