@microsoft.com now supports up to 20 campaigns/ad groups as sources! Additionally, so long as at least one of the campaigns is an Audience Ads campaign, any campaign can be the target of the list.

Notes:
1. Net new campaigns will have the optional TCPA/TROAS fields. Existing campaigns will have their existing TCPA/TROAS values passed into Max Conversions/Conversion Value.

2. API, Bulk Changes, & Editor will all have this done automatically as well.

Confirming TCPA/TROAS as standalone Microsoft Advertising bidding strategies will be merged with Max Conversions and Max Conversion Value August 4, 2025. Nothing functionally is changing and we'll pass through your existing TCPA/TROAS goal.

1. You have strict budget allocation rules.

2. You have the creative & $ investment prepared to honor both ad types.

3. You want to use Audience Ads to build Impression Based Remarketing Lists for your Search Ads.

Top Tips:

🚫 Don't use Max Clicks with Audience Ads baked into Search. This will cause a disproportionate amount of budget to go to Audience Ads.

✅ Do use eCPC or Max Conversions if you have enough conversions (30+).

2. You want to appear on the premium placements, but don't have budget.

3. You have buy-in for testing & are looking to compare outcomes between Search Campaigns and PMax.
