It's just so weird when friends tell me to come to them whenever I'm going through shit and that they care, yet my brain is actively refusing to take them up on that just to not burden people and to not fuck up friendships cuz I decided to vent once (hence why I vent and shout into here)

That's kinda why I've been shutting down until like midnight at the earliest, that's why I like headbanging and moshing and just overexerting myself. They're all ways for me to just let everything out or just to recover and to gain my thoughts on things again

Like it sucks so much holding yourself together through so much shit that's been weighing you down, but I don't want to unfairly put my shit onto others, especially other friends who are going through their own struggles. Most of whom are going through more shit than I am, so I tend to think often

If I reach out to any one of my friends about what I'm going through, that shit was built up for probably months or even years and is just now SLIGHTLY coming out cuz I couldn't hold it in anymore
