Been very offline so I can manage the bad shit in front of me and in my community.

But I got married to my partner of 17 years this summer and my garden has lots of bees and swallowtail caterpillars. Beautiful things do still exist.

I love the beebalm. I actually have a tattoo of a bumblebee landing on beebalm. I have so much of it outside and somehow I always manage to attract more that I haven't planted.

I wish I still had access to our extensive chats from the other place but I don't. I keep wandering out into the garden and just staring.

I am building another pollinator garden after I had to leave my last one behind because we had to move. It's *very* doable and so much fun. Low maintenance gardening that contributes to the local ecosystem.
