The second day of the ACU 50th year anniversary features a full day festival with night programming! Inside the lovely Blue building of the Voorstraat! This one is booked by @schofje involving places all around Utrecht. Friends got booked yet their connections are beyond where all of us frequently saw each other! WHERE: ACU DOORS OPEN: 16:30 PRESALES: 10-15 THREE DAY TICKET: 30-40 LINK IN BIO BANDPROGRAMMING: @consensual__peggy - Experimental punk! Loud, screaming, strong, having a sold out EP release party in fall, they have shown that they can open up a sound and rile up a crowd! They aren't here to do emotional labor. @woodygrooves - Grassroots Synthpop Activism, grassroots, they have shown that it doesn't have to sound angry but can absolutely sound fun! @quatschband - Eggpunk waiting to hatch Angry, Young, Punk. ππππππππππ ACU turns 50 this year, and we are having a weekend of celebration! Every day is put for you together by a different booker, who has been active recently within ACU walls. Friday, the first day of the party, will be spent with friends of @rotten.tooth.punk, bands and people who supported the place and brought heavy music to our stage. Throwing Bricks ~ screamo/sludge Throwing Bricks plays crushing sludge shaped by hardcore punk, black metal, and screamo. Raw, furious, and emotionally heavy β harsh vocals, dirty bass, low melodic guitars, and relentless drums. @throwingbricksband Ontaard ~ post-metal Black metal riffs, spoken word, and noise into a sound thatβs melodic, heavy, and raw. @ontaardband Ruona Neida ~ screamo Harsh, tight and melodic screamo. We had a blast to host them last year during our Folk Punk Woensdag event, where he turned ACU upside down. Our thoughts are with his bandmates, family and friends. Sending you lots of love on behalf of the ACU crew. We will miss you.

The program will end in the evening with a donation based dinner β Ancient Hostility (Liverpool, UK) Returning to ACU! Harmony singing and drones from members of All In Vain and Dawn Rayβd, singing songs about heartbreak and resistance. Lyngfarer (Norway) Lyngfarer is the musical moniker of Norwegian multi-instrumentalist Magnus Nymo, rooted in quiet, pensive folk-influenced music shaped by rural landscapes and DIY, punk, and sci-fi cultural backgrounds. The project spans acoustic, dark folk, and minimal styles, with releases like Dagen Kommer that showcase contemplative songwriting and diverse instrumentation.
