Welp this sucks
Cassette recorder "functions" used a head cleaner, q-tips n alcohol and all I get is noisy static then nothing. Tried different cassettes, scrolling the volume wheel back n forth.
The belt is fine, even the tape counter works! But no audio
I even plugged some headphones in! Same!
Feeling all kinds of fucked up today due to the time change
Can we all get on the level that this nearly century long experiment with time has been a failure that needs to be terminated?

I'm really contemplating bringing on bringing my recently bought cassette recorder n doing quick interviews with critters at LVFC
If I do get this mic, I'm going to make the pop filter into an opossum x3
