Wow, I just finished Children of Time by @aptshadow.bsky.social and it's hands down the best book I've ever read. The worldbuilding is amazing, and gives you empathy for something you typically hate (at least I do). Then the twist in the last chapter is not one you see coming, but makes total sense

Ooh, any idea how to get a book into bundles like this. I have a cozy sci-fi book that would have fit perfectly into this bundle

Always a good night when you sit down to write and manage to bash out 1000 words in 2 hours!

I don't understand why people would put so much effort into writing a book, and then sabotage it by using AI to create their book covers.

Genuinely baffling. It immediately gives the impression that it's a cheap product and that the contents are also AI slop

so many people were willing to take a chance on this cozy little indie sci-fi story, and all the reviews and feedback I've received were overwhelmingly positive.

Thank you again to everyone who has supported the book, and I hope you'll stick around for the next installment coming in Q2 this year.

Wrote two chapters of my sequel...then realized I hated the direction the characters were going in.

So I went back and wrote a 4-page outline/guide for the second half of the book to flesh out a better direction.

Much happier now!
