Weight update: 179.6 lbs. My goal was to hit 180lbs before (Canadian) Thanksgiving, so I hit it with some room to spare.

Weight update: just under 185 lbs, first time since I got married.

If you ever get to Gros Morne, definitely check out the Tablelands, as well as the fjords at Western Brook Pond. We stayed in the town of Rocky Harbour, very recommended.
