Made this one some time ago. This is all 80's bands that have a reputation as being "one-hit-wonders" (a term I personally despise), but this mix just proves how wrong that statement is about these bands, as all of these songs had hit potential but were never hits

A band from Germany, that I discovered many years ago that I was quite smitten by. I love how they sound like what ABBA might have sounded like, if they had kept going after The Visitors in 1982, and embraced the 1980's aesthetics and music developments.

I love most songs about my home state and or city. But some are waaaay better than others. The Main Ingredient's 1974 classic "California My Way" is one such song. Fun fact: That is Cuba Gooding Sr. on lead vocals (father of actor Cuba Gooding Jr).
