I keep thinking about getting YT premium specifically bc I typically watch YT on my TV where I don't have adblock and the ads are so excessive 😭 hopefully it fills the hole that Spotify has caused though because holy shit

I love a lotta different kinds of music, I just hoard it all 😭 but if space is an issue I can see why someone wouldn't have a bunch of MP3s on their device.

Keeping up with concerts and updates does sound useful, I think that probably just doesn't do much for me since I don't follow many artists D:

I think the fact that I listen to mostly video game music is the biggest reason I've never bothered with Spotify (not that I will now) and I'm sure there's some on there too but "why use Spotify when I can just buy it or download it elsewhere and have it permanently?" has always been my logic

I've always either bought my music on iTunes or just used a YouTube to MP3 converter if it's video game music bc it's just rare (or was) to find it officially released elsewhere (or specific versions of said music). I also just like to have my music on my computer instead of having it online only

Genuine question. What is on Spotify that people can't get anywhere else? I mostly listen to video game music while only occasionally listening to... you know, regular music. I think small artists post their music there occasionally but that's the only reason I can think of?

The Crash Bandicoot list is VERY long, LOL. I have a lot of ideas for it. They'll be risky because it's not Sonic but I'm gonna find a way to make my ideas happen.

I made a Trello board this morning with a BUNCH of the merch projects I want to tackle in 2026 because I felt like having checklists and nice little cards against a pretty little background will help me be more organized and able to process everything

I'm trying to do less work for more money per month, feel me. my time and sanity is too valuable. ofc I'm grateful for the work but something's gotta change. I want my merch to do most of the heavy lifting, rather than my comms. it's one of my biggest goals for next year

I did a little over than 60 commissions in 2023, and then I did a little over 50 comms in 2024, and about this same number this year too... so it's starting to decrease slightly, especially since I raised my prices. if I can get that number lower in 2026, I'll be happy.
