C’était agréable de revenir au parc Lansdowne aujourd’hui pour encourager l’Ottawa Rapid FC. Elles joueront à nouveau mercredi prochain au TD Place. Montrons à ces joueuses à quel point nous sommes fiers d’avoir du soccer professionnel féminin à Ottawa !

It was fun to be back at Lansdowne Park to support the Ottawa Rapid FC today. They’re playing again next Wednesday at TD Place. Let’s show these players how proud we are to have professional women’s soccer in Ottawa!

Ottawa hosted its first MuslimFest at Cumberland Heritage Village. Congratulations to everyone who was a part of bringing this terrific event to Ottawa. It is a beautiful event with so much to see and do.

Al est une légende dans le monde du rugby, mais c’est aussi un formidable ambassadeur du sport et de notre ville. C’est toujours inspirant de voir tout le temps et l’énergie qu’il consacre au rugby et à la prochaine génération de joueurs.

J’ai eu l’occasion de revoir l’un des plus grands joueurs de rugby du Canada et l’une des personnes les plus sympathiques que l’on puisse rencontrer : Al Charron, d’Ottawa.

It’s always inspiring to see how much time and energy he gives back to the game and to the next generation of players.

I had the chance to catch up with one of Canada’s greatest rugby players and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet - Ottawa’s Al Charron. Al’s a legend in the rugby world, but he’s also a tremendous ambassador for sport and for our city.

Alors que Howard Fine fait l'objet d'une rénovation majeure, les deux magasins collaborent et partagent leurs locaux. J'ai hâte de voir le magasin Howard Fine Jewellers, fraîchement rénové, ouvrir ses portes.

Il y a un élan formidable qui se développe sur Sparks Street. J'ai eu le plaisir de visiter True Bijoux et Howard Fine Jewellers, deux magnifiques entreprises locales dirigées par des sœurs qui partagent une passion commune pour l'artisanat et le design.

While Howard Fine undergoes a major renovation, the two stores are collaborating and sharing space. I'm looking forward to seeing the newly renovated Howard Fine Jewellers open its doors. Thank you to Kevin McHale and Christine for highlighting  the many exciting things happening.

Today, I welcomed Jabil to Ottawa alongside Jenna Sudds and councillor Cathy Curry. This is an incredible edition to the Kanata North Tech Park that will bolster and strengthen the technology ecosystem in our city, and our country. Thank you for choosing to invest, innovate, and grow in Ottawa.
