Unpopular opinion: ReFrame Film Festival needs to find more hopeful movies. We've been going in-person, religiously for many years, & this year was its darkest lineup. The 3 sets of films we attended had only 20-30 attendees. Perhaps films were chosen before ***all this*** & Ptbo wasn't in the mood.

Strive to not be so small abt a powerhouse of a woman's success, rising thru a male-run field. Her being named Rhodes Warden, populated by the most brilliant minds in the world, & now at the table of a globally consequential negotiation - a moment of pride for Canada. And her.

I appreciate the consistency of Canada's response, no matter the leader, no matter the country. Citizens have the right to choose their own destiny, human rights and international law must be upheld. This cannot be stated often enough.

Failed MP is taking her show on the road!

We've had 4 days with our two 30-something kids. What a gift, they even stayed a day longer. It gave us time for emotional rest, deep conversation & a break from the pressures they face, something we haven't had as a 4some in a very long time. They leave today, & instead of sad, I feel so grateful.❤️
