Tbh I recently reconsidered a friendship and while there were manyyyy red flags one thing was that she directly hated on Taylor Swift to my face, knowing I like her. And not the weird conspiracy stuff, just how much she hated her. She went out of her way to tell me that. It is so disrespectful imo

I saw someone say they don’t read to “better themselves” but only for fun. And while yeah I of course enjoy a fantasy novel or romantic comedy, I feel as though reading is the most personal you can get to connecting with other people’s stories and empathizing with them. #booksky

i never get how the haters can reconcile "only Swifties listen to this awful album, no one I know listens to it" and "Swifties are an echo chamber" bc girlie pop, if *only Swifties* are enough to break records, Swifties are just the general populace atp -- so YOU are in the echo chamber, not us!
