Umso wichtiger ist das vermehrt Betroffene selbst im Sinne von Peers /Erfahrungsexpert:innen in der Psychiatrie arbeiten, dann ändert sich viel in der Haltung und Kultur und eine Begegnung auf Augenhöhe rückt näher.

We need human rights-based approaches for psychiatry. A good foundation for a paradigm shift is provided by peers, recovery, empowerment, soteria and trialogue. However, we still need a lot of attitude change and legislation.

nicht du die Person die Hilfe benötigt. Und wie du schreibst, wenn man zu lange wartet, wird es umso schwieriger. Zumal die Psychiatrien nicht immer den besten Ruf haben. Man könnte z.B. viel von Konzepten wie Soteria lernen, wo ohne Zwang und wenig Medikamenten geholfen wird.

sobald man Veränderungen verspürt (benötigt Training), ist es hilfreich, Freunde um deren Wahrnehmung zu fragen, dann hört man noch auf deren Einschätzung und nimmt deren Motivation zum Aufsuchen weiterer Hilfen besser an.
