This is devastating news. To make it easier on you, the desired util does NOT need to run on the C64. That should make it much easier on you. Only the resulting (modified) SID needs to run on a C64, not the util itself. The reasonable desire is a tool that ran on, say, Windows. @rebelandroid.com
